May Days

May Days....

We are outside on May 1st as we practiced for the Showcase....

We enjoyed a Pizza Party from Jack Gratwick, OGHS senior, as the class who collected the most books for Long Leaf Elementary.

We enjoyed a visit from AnnaKate Baggents, a former OGP student, now at Southern Miss.  She had just returned from a study abroad.  She shared some advice with Bennett's Blues about reading and studying hard every day.

Benjamin brought a penny for everyone in the class when he was snack helper.  He had everyone look for the lowercase letter on the front and told them what it meant!

Sara was recognized for bringing Box Tops!!!!  Bennett's Blues won the last Box Tops contest of the year and will get the trophy!

Ms. Valencia and Lena dropped by to see Silvia.
 Happy Birthday Sydney!!!!

This is what a rained out Pow Wow Day looks like.....

Amarie chose to take one kiss on a sticky note!
